We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. PillPack and its subsidiaries (collectively “PillPack”) are affiliates of Amazon.com. The Amazon Privacy Notice describes how PillPack collects and processes your personal information through PillPack websites, services, and applications (together “PillPack Services”), as supplemented by this Privacy Policy.

By using PillPack Services, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

PillPack is subject to HIPAA, which governs how we may use and disclose your Protected Health Information, such as medication history, medical conditions, health insurance information, and other personal information we use to provide prescriptions. Our Notice of Privacy Practices, and not this Privacy Policy, describes that use and disclosure. Please see our Notice of Privacy Practices for more information on HIPAA, Protected Health Information, and how you may access your Protected Health Information.

Terms of Use, Notices, and Revisions

If you choose to use PillPack Services, your use and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes by binding arbitration, and application of the law of the state of Washington. If you have any concern about privacy at PillPack, please contact us with a thorough description, and we will try to resolve it. Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Policy will change also. You should check our websites frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.
