- How do I sign up?
You can sign up for PillPack online by clicking “Get Started” or by calling 855-745-5725.
- How long does it take to sign up?
Signing up takes about 5-10 minutes. You’ll only need a list of your current medications, where you fill them and your insurance information. It’s helpful to have this information on hand prior to signing up.
- What do I need to sign up for PillPack?

— what pharmacy you most recently filled them
— your insurance information
— a payment method
You’ll also have an opportunity to tell us about your prescribers, conditions that you’re managing, and any allergies that you have.
- Do I need to get all new prescriptions before I sign up?
No, you don’t need to get all new prescriptions to sign up for PillPack. When you sign up, we transfer in any remaining refills from your current pharmacy. If any of your prescriptions don’t have refills remaining, we’ll contact your prescriber(s) for a new prescription.
- Can I sign someone else up?
Yes, you can help the person you’re caring for sign up via our standard sign-up page at PillPack.com/signup. Feel free to give us a call and introduce yourself — we’d like to get to know you, too.
- Do you offer a referral program?
When you refer a friend to PillPack, we donate to RXArt, an organization dedicated to transforming children’s hospitals and helping children heal through visual art. You can learn more about their mission here.

- How do I fill my prescriptions with PillPack?
Once you sign up, we’ll handle the rest. We’ll make sure your insurance is compatible before transferring your prescriptions to PillPack. Our pharmacists will contact your current pharmacy directly and will transfer your prescriptions to PillPack. Going forward, we’ll proactively manage your refills, schedule new prescriptions to your PillPack, and work directly with your insurance.
- How long does it take to receive my first shipment after I sign up?
It typically takes between two weeks to one month to receive your first PillPack. This varies depending on how many medications you have and if there are any remaining refills or prior authorizations needed from your prescribers. Should you need medication while we’re setting up your account, we’re happy to send an interim supply to last until your first shipment arrives. We’ll keep you up-to-date about your first shipment via e-mail. You can always call us to speak to a pharmacist directly at 855-745-5725 for any account updates. We’re happy to help.
