PillPack Interview Night- December 4th, 2019

Join us for Interview Night!

On Wednesday, December 4th we are hosting an interactive information session and interview night from 5:30-7:30 pm. Come enjoy refreshments and check out our Utah Customer Care office. You will have an opportunity to meet members from the different teams that make PillPack special, and will learn about how we are changing people’s lives by reinventing the pharmacy experience. If you are looking to enter a new field where what you do every day has a lasting and valuable impact on our customers, then this is for you!

Confirmation details will be sent the day before the event and will include an exact time to attend, directions to our office, and helpful tips! Please note, our event has limited space and submitting your application does not guarantee a spot.

Possible Schedule Options:

5 Days a Week, 8 Hours a Day:

Sunday 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday 6:00am-2:30pm
Sunday 9:30am-6:00pm, Monday-Thursday 11:30am-8:00pm

Tuesday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm, Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm
Tuesday-Friday 11:30am-8:00pm, Saturday 9:30am-6:00pm

4 Days a Week, 10 Hours a Day:

Sunday 8:00am-6:30pm, Monday-Wednesday 6:00am-4:30pm
Sunday 8:00am-6:30pm, Monday-Wednesday 9:30am-8:00pm

Wednesday-Friday 6:00am-4:30pm, Saturday 8:00am-6:30pm
Wednesday-Friday 9:30am-8:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-6:30pm

*Please be aware we are unable to accommodate schedules that do not include at least one weekend day.

Pay: $16.00 an hour

Benefits: Including Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, Vehicle, Disability, Life as well as Paid Time Off (PTO) - are available day 1 for anyone who works over 20 hours a week. Link for more information can be found HERE!

Training: Training is absolutely mandatory and takes place for 2 weeks, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm. Please note that New Hires on our team are generally scheduled for training classes at least 2-3 weeks in advance.

Customer Care Advisor

As a Customer Care Advisor,  you will be responsible for playing a critical role in assisting PillPack customers by aiding and completing multiple account functions to maintain a complete and updated account. We want someone who loves coming to work every day, and most importantly, cares deeply about their team and adding value. You will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our customers’ lives by the help you provide and values you embody. This role will report into a Customer Care Team Lead.
