Associate Project Manager

Salt Lake City, UT Operations Full-time

PillPack’s Operations Strategy Team uses analytics and experimentation to drive process and tool improvements for our pharmacy operations. The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for reacting to stakeholder requests around existing tools, metrics, and operational workflows, as well as manage the backlog for day-to-day operations which may range from analytics requests to owning projects that inform decision-making across our network of departments and facilities today.  You will get to know all areas of the business as you flex across functions and communicate insights you uncover. It is critical that this role has a complete understanding of the  business and customer needs to define KPIs and project road-map for a long term vision. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and demanding work environment is critical to success in this role. The Associate Project Manager will collaborate with Operations Managers, Product Managers, Operations Analysts, and Developers to drive a deeper understanding of operational performance.
